Dear Friend,

Lower back pain can range from mild discomfort to severe pain, and in most cases, it is not a sign of a serious medical condition. However, there are certain signs and symptoms that may indicate that your lower back pain is more serious and requires medical attention. Here are some red flags to look out for:

1.Severe pain that doesn't improve with rest or over-the-counter pain medication.

2.Pain that is accompanied by fever or chills.

3.Numbness, tingling, or weakness in your legs or feet.

4.Loss of bowel or bladder control.

5.Unexplained weight loss.

6.A history of cancer or other serious medical conditions.

7.A recent trauma or injury to the back, such as a fall or car accident.

If you experience any of these symptoms along with lower back pain, you should seek medical attention right away. Additionally, if your lower back pain persists for more than a few weeks despite rest and home remedies, it may be a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the underlying cause and develop a treatment plan.

Thanks,

Robin Wakeham

P.S.- Don't forget you're just one step away from relieving your back pain...
